Start with your swimmer’s gender and at least one event time. Class year, intended major, academics, location, cost, and other priorities are optional, but they make the list sharper. On The Board groups visible results as Strong, Good, or Worth Considering and explains why each school appears.
These groups are a starting point, not a verdict. Strong means the roster comparison and the priorities you entered line up most consistently. Good means there is enough evidence to keep looking, with a tradeoff to weigh. Worth Considering means a specific reason keeps the school in view. Open each school and check the evidence.
You can enter your inputs publicly, but you need to create a free account or sign in before personalized results appear. Match results and the reasons behind them are free with an account; they are not part of the $29 purchase.

Swimming already asks a lot of families: club dues, tech suits, travel, and time. Recruiting research should not add another big bill. Most of the underlying information is public. It is just scattered across roster pages, meet results, school websites, and government data.
I built On The Board to bring that research together and make the research side of recruiting free. Families should not have to pay steep consulting fees or hit another expensive paywall just to make sense of public information. That is why I made this.
